Sinteco’s Pasta Line System offers a combination of heating by Nastrosteamex, cooling by Tunnel or Spiroaertex and transfer of fresh pasta in controlled conditions.

The typical pasta line is composed of the following components:

• Pasteurizer (Nastrosteamex)
• Giraffe (Elevated/Inclined Beltex)
• Cooling Tunnel
• Hygienic Air Handling Unit (★★, ★★★, ★★★★)
• Welded Metallic Air Ducts – AERMET (Welded Stainless-Steel or Coupled Folded)
• Textile Air Ducts – AERTEX
• Utilities and Control Panel
