MATURING PLANTS

The typical maturing plant is composed of one or more of the following components:

• Hygienic Air Handling Unit (★, ★★ or ★★★)
• Special Hygienic Air Handling Unit ★★★ (Fromagerie, Hygiene Air Cleaners, Hygiene Low Temperature)
• Prefabricated Structure
• Metallic Air Ducts – AERMET (Welded Stainless Steel or Coupled Folded)
• Textile Air Ducts – AERTEX
• Utilities and Control Panel
